Job Description:
- Skills Needed JAVA, C++, Testing, Devops, etc (any technology)., (should have at least having one course certificate of completion)
- Years of experience – 0 to 2.5 Years
- Notice period – Immediate joiners
- Offering CTC – 3.5 LPA (Fixed)
- We are hiring for Full Time Employment with HCL, But there will be a Bond for a period for 2 Years
- After completing 1st Year, they will have a common hike in CTC
- After completing 2nd Year, they will have a general performance appraisal. Based on that they will have CTC Revision
- There will not be any monetary benefits to referrer from HCL side.
